Newcastle Studebaker Car Club Australia Inc.The purpose of the Newcastle Studebaker Car Club (NSCCA) is to cater for the needs of any person interested in the Studebaker automobile and all of Studebaker related products. We encourage the preservation, restoration and the use of these collector automobiles. We have monthly meetings along with varied outings where we enjoy picnics and sightseeing as well as other car related events. The Studebaker Clubs of Australia hold a bi-yearly National Meet where Studebaker owners from across Australia as well as International Studebaker members can attend. Members can bring their Studebakers and families for several days of fun, showing their vehicles, sharing information and memories, meeting new people and even participate in concours judging. These National Meets are held in various locations throughout Australia according to the host Club. You do not have to own a Studebaker in order to join the NSCCA, you just have to have an interest in them. Of course, if you own a Studebaker vehicle, whether factory stock or modified, you will benefit from being a member. Some benefits are years of experience and mechanical knowhow from various members, monthly outings, travel, problem solving, enjoy driving your vehicle, with friendly camaraderie. You will also have the opportunity to subscribe to the national magazine “Stude News” either in hard print or access on line. Stude News contains information from all Studebaker Clubs in Australia as well as pictures and sales items. In conjunction with this, you can join the Studebaker Drivers Club (SDC) in the U.S.A. and receive an excellent quality monthly magazine full of information as well as sales items. |
